The role requires expertise in contract strategy, risk mitigation, and administration across federal programs, with collaboration across business development and program management to protect interests and advance objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and ideally 10+ years of experience in contracts.
• Experience in Contracts Management.
• Experience in Government/Defense Contracting.
• Experience/knowledge in FAD/DFARS.
• Experience in people management/leadership.

Responsibilities

• Direct activities of contract professionals including complex contracts of strategic importance.
• Lead, mentor, train and develop a diverse team.
• Provide career development and training opportunities for contract staff.
• Direct development and implementation of contract formation, negotiation, and administration policies.
