Job summary

Comtech Telecommunications Corp. in Chandler, AZ, seeks a Director, Contracts to lead the Space & Satellite Contracts Administration function within the Legal department. This role reports to the VP, Contracts and requires strategic oversight of government contracting activities.

You will develop and mentor a team, ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and regulatory standards, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize contracting processes and risk management across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, business, management or related field.
• 10+ years in a similar contracts leadership role.
• 10+ years of government contracting experience.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contracts functions for Satellite and Space per company policies.
• Develop and mentor a team of contract professionals.
• Develop policies to strengthen controls and ensure compliance.
