14 Technology Holdings, Inc. seeks a Director of Contracts to own end-to-end contract management for the company and its portfolio. You will review, draft, and negotiate client and vendor agreements, NDAs, and SOWs, manage risk, and coordinate with external counsel to ensure compliance.

This role requires 8+ years in contract review and negotiation, strong communication, and proven experience in both public and private sector contexts, with enterprise-scale operations and data governance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in contract review, drafting, and negotiation.
• Experience managing contracts and legal operations in public and private sector contexts.
• Strong understanding of legal terminology, compliance requirements, and risk management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to translate legal concepts for business audiences.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate client contracts, vendor agreements, NDAs, SOWs, license agreements, and ad hoc agreements across business units.
• Oversee contract lifecycle: generation, negotiation, execution, storage, and retrieval.
• Own the contract management system (LinkSquares), including governance, data integrity, and reporting.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop frameworks for monitoring legal requirements and data privacy compliance.
• Oversee corporate privacy initiatives, including policy enforcement and risk assessments.
• Provide training to internal stakeholders on contract processes and compliance obligations.
