Job summary

GHX is seeking a Director, Content Engineering to lead the technology organization for the Content Engineering portfolio, including Content Workbench, Price Workbench and Contract Management services. The role focuses on geo-distributed engineering, driving strategy, architecture and roadmap delivery.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in software engineering for SaaS, strong leadership of global teams, experience with cloud architectures, microservices and GenAI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of Software Engineering experience in a SaaS environment.
• 7+ years in Engineering Leadership.
• Experience managing large teams (40+ people) and scaling a business.
• Cloud architectures, application architecture, engineering processes and SDLC.
• Offshore development experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic direction, planning and execution for Content Engineering leaders and teams.
• Drive geo-distributed engineering to deliver roadmaps and customer-focused solutions.
• Provide deep domain expertise in data, SaaS and system architecture.
• Mentor leaders to build high-performance cross-geo organizations.
• Communicate with executives and manage budgets for technology initiatives.
