Job summary

Trinchero Family Wine & Spirits seeks a Director of Consumer Insights to establish and lead the enterprise consumer insights capability. You will partner with executive leadership to shape portfolio strategy, innovation, and commercial growth through deep understanding of consumers, shoppers, markets, and trends.

Reporting to Strategy, you will turn data into actionable business intelligence, build organizational capability, and promote a consumer-first mindset across the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 7-10 years in consumer insights, market research, analytics, or related field.
• Strong executive presence, communication, and storytelling with cross-functional influence.
• Experience with Circana/IRI, NielsenIQ, IWSR, Datassentials, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Power BI, and AI-enabled analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise consumer insights agenda and annual learning roadmap.
• Serve as trusted advisor to senior leaders influencing strategy and investment decisions.
• Identify opportunities via syndicated data, custom research, and trends analysis.
• Translate data into actionable business stories and executive presentations.
• Build scalable insights capabilities and knowledge-sharing systems.
• Partner with Strategy and Corporate Development on growth opportunities.
