The Director of Consulting Operations is a key role responsible for contributing to growth-focused efforts and managing business operations for the firm’s Lines of Business (LOBs). This individual collaborates with consulting leaders as well as Talent (HR), Finance, Marketing, Knowledge Management, and other functions to implement priority initiatives and support the firm’s mission to provide outstanding value to clients and stakeholders. The position will touch a broad range of activities including practiceoperations, sales and pursuitmanagement,businessplanning and execution, and other go-to-market efforts.The Director will support priority offerings across the firm, with a focus on one or more LOBs.

Salary range: $130,000-$180,000, plus may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, practice area, and other business and organizational needs.
