We are currently seeking a Strategic Advisor - Technical Solutions - Healthcare Provider Vertical (REMOTE Role) to join our team in Dallas, Texas (US-TX), United States.

This role offers the opportunity to:

• Be part of the Provider Industry Solutions group, focusing on developing industry-relevant solutions and offerings.
• Partner with Provider Industry Sub-vertical and Business consulting teams to provide strategic domain expertise and guidance for designing solutions that meet industry needs.
• Develop business cases, sales strategies, and account plans in collaboration with Finance, Sales, and Client teams.
• Coordinate with development teams for solution build-out.
• Create go-to-market content, develop solution presentations, and participate in client engagements to showcase solutions.
• Engage in client interactions, RFP responses, and position industry-differentiating points of view, solutions, and innovations.
• Build partnerships with horizontal technology practices to develop industry-specific solutions.
• Lead digital innovation initiatives, storytelling, and RFP responses as a visionary champion.

Ideal candidates will have strong techno-functional expertise and experience with Care Provider/Health System infrastructure, systems, and technologies.

Knowledge areas include Patient Engagement & Physician Experience Transformation, Provider Data, Analytics & Interoperability, EHR/EMR systems like EPIC, Clinical Operations, and data-driven, patient-centric health solutions involving real-time intelligence, healthcare IoT, and AI-powered solutions.

Basic Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in the Hospital Provider domain within North America.
• At least 5 years of experience translating business strategies into solutions.
• 5+ years of experience developing solutions in matrixed healthcare organizations.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Medical fields, Computer Science, Math, or related disciplines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Self-driven with ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Strong technical leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in developing and architecting healthcare solutions and modernizing legacy systems.

The starting pay range for this remote role is $154,200 - $257,000, with actual compensation based on experience, location, and qualifications. Benefits include health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.
