Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Risk Management, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of proven experience in construction risk management, insurance, or related field.
• Certifications such as CRM or FRM are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate construction-related risk exposures across ground-up developments and major capital projects.
• Review and negotiate construction, design, and consulting agreements to ensure appropriate risk transfer and insurance requirements.
• Manage construction-related claims, including property damage, defective work, and third-party liability claims.
• Coordinate with legal, procurement, and project teams to ensure alignment with enterprise risk strategies.
• Prepare executive-level reporting on risk exposures, insurance performance, and loss trends.
