Job summary

HKA seeks a Director to lead and expand its Construction Advisory Services practice. You will combine deep expertise in construction audit, governance, and technology enablement with strong client leadership and business development capabilities.

The role focuses on executive advisory, complex engagements, PMIS enablement, and building a national practice across healthcare, higher education, hospitality, and infrastructure sectors. A proven track record in professional services is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in construction, engineering, architecture, business, accounting, finance or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in construction consulting, capital program management, or related advisory services.
• Proven ability to lead large advisory engagements and manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong executive communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Experience developing client relationships and contributing to business development.
• Knowledge of construction contracts, project controls, and capital program governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive client advisory with owners, developers, and public agencies.
• Oversee complex advisory engagements in construction audits, governance, and PMO.
• Drive PMIS enablement, reporting, and analytics for capital projects.
• Develop and expand strategic client accounts and pipelines.
• Mentor and develop advisory professionals across multiple levels.
