Job summary

HKA is recruiting a Director in Chicago to lead its Construction Advisory Services, expanding the practice from Chicago, Atlanta or Tampa. Qualifications

• Degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, business, accounting or finance.
• At least eight years in construction consulting, capital programme management, construction audit, project controls or owner representation.
• Working knowledge of construction contracts and commercial management.
• Certifications including CCA, PMP, CCM, CPA and PSP are preferred.

Responsibilities
