Job summary

HKS, Inc. seeks a senior Construction Administrator to provide technical leadership on large-scale projects and advise on codes and building systems.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage client relationships, and ensure quality across the project lifecycle. Responsibilities include directing field activities, reviewing submittals, RFIs and payment applications, and collaborating with Owner, Architect/Engineer team, and contractor representatives.

Qualifications

• Accredited professional degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Engineering, Construction Science or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs Construction Phase Activities for multiple concurrent projects, including site meetings, correspondence, submittals and payment reviews.
• Collaborates with Owner, A/E Team, and Contractor representatives to achieve project goals and adheres to established communication protocols.
• Applies knowledge of codes and all building systems to project delivery.
• Reviews RFIs and submittals, maintains documents using construction document management software.
• Communicates design intent effectively with the design team and coordinates revisions.
