Job summary

Marki Microwave in Morgan Hill, CA is seeking a Director of Connectorized Products. This senior role holds full P&L ownership across direct, distribution, and e-commerce channels, shaping the product portfolio and GTM capabilities for a high-mix, low-volume business.

You will lead a small marketing team, collaborate with Sales and Product, and drive pricing, channel strategy, and roadmap decisions to grow revenue while maintaining margin discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field; 10+ years in the industry.
• 5+ years leading or managing teams in a fast-moving, low-volume/high-mix environment.
• Experience owning or growing a low-volume, high-mix technical product portfolio with P&L accountability.
• Track record building or improving multi-channel sales models (distribution, inside sales, or e-commerce).
• Experience setting pricing strategy and managing margin in a technical components business.
• RF/microwave background with credibility with Defense/EW and Test & Measurement customers.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a small team.

Responsibilities

• Own the connectorized business P&L across direct, distribution, and e-commerce channels.
• Define annual and multi-year revenue plans by channel and market segment.
• Monitor performance metrics and take corrective actions when needed.
• Own and maintain the connectorized product roadmap and portfolio prioritisation.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align resources with roadmap priorities.
• Engage customers and distribution channels to identify unmet needs and validate priorities.
• Develop pricing framework and governance for the connectorized portfolio.
• Oversee channel model definitions and drive go-to-market content with MARCOM.
