Job summary

Marki Microwave seeks a Director of Supply Chain to lead sourcing, inventory, logistics, and planning for RF products in Morgan Hill, CA. You will set strategic direction, drive continuous improvement, and partner with Engineering, Operations, Sales, Finance, and HR to achieve top‑line goals while remaining hands‑on to resolve tactical issues.

The role demands 10+ years in RF/electronics supply chain, 5+ years leading teams, and strong budgeting, communication, and risk-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in operations engineering, industrial engineering, supply chain, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years in an RF/electronics manufacturing supply chain role spanning purchasing, sourcing, inventory management, logistics, and supply planning
• 5+ years leading or managing supply chain or planning teams in a fast-moving, low-volume/high-mix manufacturing environment
• Proven ability to flex between strategic direction and hands-on execution with strong leadership and budgeting skills
• Ability to work with EAR/ITAR export controls and travel up to 20% per year

Responsibilities

• Own and lead Marki's supply chain organization — sourcing, inventory, logistics, and planning to support growth
• Set long-term vision and near-term goals; monitor performance and adjust as needed
• Mitigate enterprise-level supply chain risks (single-source, geopolitical exposure, tariffs); build resilience
• Oversee capacity planning, make/buy decisions, and supplier risk management across product lifecycles
• Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement using data analytics and AI-enabled tools
• Manage budgets for the supply chain organization including staffing and training
• Lead talent acquisition and organizational design as the team scales
• Foster ethical, collaborative culture and strong relationships with suppliers
• Partner with HR to staff and retain a high-performing team
• Ensure compliance with quality and export control regulations and audit readiness
