Job summary

The role drives revenue across direct, distribution, and e-commerce channels, builds the product roadmap, and ensures go-to-market capabilities match a high-mix, low-volume business. You will lead a small marketing team, partner with Sales, VP Product, and Engineering, and design a channel model that serves smaller and mid-tier customers while

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years leading or managing teams in a fast-moving, low-volume/high-mix environment.
• Experience owning or growing a low-volume, high-mix technical product portfolio with full P&L accountability.
• Track record of building or improving multi-channel sales models (distribution, inside sales, or e-commerce).
• Experience setting pricing strategy and managing margin in a technical components business.
• RF/microwave component background with credibility with Defense/EW and T&M customers.

Responsibilities

• Own the connectorized business P&L: revenue, margin, and growth targets across direct, distribution, and e-commerce channels.
• Define annual and multi-year revenue plans by channel and market segment; identify growth opportunities within existing portfolio and new products.
• Monitor performance metrics and take corrective action; participate in cross-business leadership reviews.
• Own and maintain the connectorized product roadmap; prioritize portfolio and product introductions.
• Engage with customers and distribution channels to identify unmet needs and validate roadmap priorities.
• Lead channel strategy: define target model, pricing framework, and partner relationships.
• Coordinate with VP, Product and Engineering to align resources with roadmap priorities; ensure channel coverage across direct, distribution, and e-commerce.
