Responsibilities

• Oversee development of new products with overall direction of assigned areas.
• Work with senior leadership to provide project vision and align with business objectives.
• Lead implementation of advanced design methodologies and evaluation criteria.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing, marketing, sales, quality, regulatory, and industry functions.
• Coach and develop managers and team members to meet personal and corporate goals.
• Make decisions affecting the engineering organization and corporate success.
