Qualifications

• 3+ years of design and development of RF connectors.
• Strong knowledge of RF connectors and related technologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Review product designs, identify risks and mitigate.
• Coordinate FAI, DVT, SI and IPG inspections/tests.
• Assemble and debug first assemblies; verify before testing.
• Provide engineering support for pre-production builds.
• Manage test reports and track corrective actions.
• Lead design reviews and finalize release forms.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Quality and Operations; update tasks weekly.
