• Cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing, marketing, quality, regulatory.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the direct development of new products with responsibility for direction of assigned areas.
• Work with senior leadership to provide insight and project vision to meet business objectives.
• Lead implementation of advanced design and engineering methodologies and evaluation criteria.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, marketing, sales, quality and regulatory functions.
• Coach and develop managers and team members toward corporate objectives.
