Job summary

Gartner is seeking a strategic Project Manager to lead cross-functional workstreams for the global Gartner C-Level Communities event calendar, capacity planning, and attendee projections. You will drive data-driven decisions and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize calendars and events.

The role emphasizes process creation, operational excellence, and managing complex programs in a fast-paced environment with significant impact on Gartner Conferences business.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex programs with multiple variables and dependencies.
• Strong interpersonal skills, especially with senior-level professionals.
• Data-driven with ability to leverage data to inform strategy and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end process of identifying and confirming dates for future Gartner C-Level Communities events.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive event calendar aligned with P&L goals to maximize revenue and minimize costs.
• Partner with internal teams to select dates and venues based on requirements, growth, and calendars.
• Manage calendar scheduling approvals; establish criteria and escalation processes for leadership review.
• Lead calendar communications with timely status updates and publish future events.
• Analyze venue capacity and attendee projections to align with business needs and growth constraints.
• Build new tools/reports for scalable attendee and sponsorship capacity across 100+ events.
• Assess sponsorship growth proposals for alignment to demand and profitability.
• Manage agendas and presentations for key initiatives using data to drive decisions.
