oversee development and validation of novel AI-driven endpoints, leverage advanced analytics and machine learning for insights from high-dimensional healthcare datasets, and collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical, Regulatory, Medical, and Commercial teams. Manage internal teams and external partnerships, championing innovative digital health and AI applications to enhance trial efficiency and patient outcomes.
PhD, MD, PharmD, or MS with 8+ years in drug development, biostatistics, health data science, or outcomes research, with expertise in oncology, real-world data, and high-dimensional datasets. Experience with clinical trial design, real-world evidence, and healthcare datasets like EHR and imaging is required. Preferred: knowledge of genitourinary oncology, hematology/oncology fellowship, R&D experience in pharma or biotech, and familiarity with regulatory science.
