Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior leader to oversee and coordinate all activities within the Retirement Operations team in the US. You will ensure delivery of compliance tests and employer calculations, while driving enterprise transformation with AI, automation, and advanced analytics.

Lead budget development, monitor accounts, and identify risks, developing scalable solutions through change management and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in Retirement Services/Financial Services or benefits administration.
• Experience leading enterprise transformation initiatives with process redesign and enhancements.
• Proven ability to leverage AI, automation and advanced analytics.
• Experience navigating mergers, acquisitions, integrations or large-scale organizational change.
• Track record of leading through ambiguity and change.
