Job summary

Jobtailor in New York, NY is seeking a retirement plan analytic professional to support ERISA-compliant HR analytics. The role involves coordinating with actuaries, vendors, and third-party administrators to ensure regulatory filings and audits are completed accurately.

You will develop communications, support retirement readiness initiatives, and contribute to governance improvements across defined benefit and defined contribution plans.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an HR analytical role focusing on retirement plans (defined benefit and defined contributions).
• Experience with retirement plan vendors, audits, and compliance processes.
• Working knowledge of retirement plan regulations (ERISA, IRS, DOL).
