• Experience designing and governing cyclical merit processes and salary structures; familiarity with ICM systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, governance, and administration of the organizational job structure and pay programs.
• Oversee variable pay strategy, incentive design, and governance.
• Manage the short-term incentive calculation engine and payroll processes.
• Collaborate with management to ensure budget discipline and alignment with business objectives.
