The ideal candidate has 10+ years in global compensation/benefits, with leadership experience and HRIS proficiency (Workday/Oracle/SAP). Hybrid work in Frisco, TX with potential travel to Frisco/San Jose as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; 10+ years in global compensation/benefits.
• Experience leading compensation and benefits programs across regions.
• HRIS expertise (Workday/Oracle/SAP) for data management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, governance, and evolution of global compensation programs and equity.
• Oversee global benefits programs including health, retirement, and wellness.
• Drive global job architecture, leveling, and market benchmarking.
• Partner with senior leaders to reinforce pay-for-performance culture and Total Rewards strategy.
