Job summary

McAfee is seeking a Director of Global Compensation & Benefits to lead the design, governance, and evolution of our global compensation and equity programs. You will drive the job architecture, benchmarking, and pay practices while partnering with senior leaders to reinforce a pay-for-performance culture.

The role oversees global benefits and compensation analytics, guiding execution of annual merit, incentive, and equity planning. Hybrid work in Frisco, TX with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) with 10+ years of global compensation and benefits leadership.
• Deep knowledge of global compensation and benefits across regions.
• Proven experience building high-performing teams and aligning Total Rewards with business goals.
• HRIS/tech proficiency with Workday, Oracle, SAP, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, administration, and evolution of global compensation programs.
• Oversee equity programs with design, governance, modeling, and communication.
• Advance global job architecture, career frameworks, and salary structures.
• Lead global market pricing, benchmarking, and analytics for pay decisions.
• Provide advisory support to HR and senior leadership on compensation and benefits matters.
• Lead and develop the compensation and benefits teams.
• Governance, compliance, and pay equity across programs globally.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, HR Operations, and Talent Acquisition.
