Job summary

Aon is seeking a Director, Data Solutions for the Consulting & Professional Services sector in the United States. You will lead day-to-day engagements, originate and close sales of data products, and grow strategic sub-sectors within the talent data solutions business.

Strong compensation consulting experience and client relationship skills are essential. You will manage multiple client engagements, develop junior colleagues, and contribute to RMCD data products and job structure evolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in related field; MBA preferred but not required.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience, with exposure to Consulting & Professional Services.
• Recent compensation/rewards consulting experience required; strong client origination skills.
• Travel up to 25% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client-facing Director for sector clients and manage senior relationships.
• Originate, structure, and close sales of talent data products and rewards services.
• Stand up and grow new strategic sub-sectors; define go-to-market approaches.
• Lead multiple projects; manage scoping, budgeting, and invoicing.
• Represent Aon at client conferences and industry forums.
• Coach and develop junior colleagues and contribute to team capability.
