Praxis in New York seeks a Director, Community Systems to architect and lead a dense network of founders, funders, creatives, thinkers, and builders. You will own recruitment, activation, and relationship cultivation across regions, and you will surface venture needs to activate the community with capital, talent, and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and operating large community networks and ecosystems.
• Ability to design data-driven community management systems and dashboards.
• Capacity to architect recruitment, formation, activation, and engagement processes.
• Experience coordinating across accelerator, studio, and capital teams.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled workflows to support relational work.

Responsabilités

• Community Cultivation: design and operate how Praxis recruits and cultivates the community across regions.
• Build and maintain a community management model and the processes for personal recruitment and cultivation.
• Own the data layer showing who can contribute what and the capacity of the network.
• Design operating rhythms, portfolio sizing, touchpoints, and pipeline directories.
• Coach team members with tools, briefs, prompts, and dashboards for informed outreach.
• Develop AI agents and workflows to support relational cultivation while keeping it personal.
• Protect Community Principles: people over projects, givers before takers.
• Community-Driven Venture and Project Support: surface needs and activate the community with capital, talent, mentorship.
• Maintain intake criteria and ensure needs are surfaced in a usable form.
• Qualify needs into invitations and route matches through the appropriate teams.
• Close the loop: track fulfillment and report back on outcomes.
• Aggregate patterns to inform recruitment and prioritization.
