Praxis is seeking a digital product leader in New York City to own and execute the strategy for Praxis online experiences, including Praxis.co, Local Ecosystems, and The Praxis Course hub. You will define the product roadmap, lead end-to-end design, and partner with builders to realize the vision.

You’ll lead human-centered design, prototype quickly, test with real users, and ensure AI tools enhance human judgment. Remote-friendly and performance-driven.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in product, UX, or digital design roles with startup or 0-1 launch experience.
• Portfolio of shipped digital products serving real users.
• Experience auditing or rebuilding a multi-platform technology stack.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own the digital product strategy across customer-facing Praxis experiences.
• Build and maintain a prioritized roadmap that unifies fragmented products.
• Map journeys and design experiences that help users take meaningful next steps.
• Prototype, test, and partner with engineers and external shops to build feasible solutions.
