Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management or substance misuse prevention roles.
• Attention to detail and resourcefulness with stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Teams.
• Specialized knowledge of federal and state grant compliance and program regulations.
• Ability to manage grants, develop scope of work, and monitor progress toward goals.
• Effective communication and delegation skills with ability to manage workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee community substance misuse prevention grants and initiatives in Indiana.
• Manage prevention provider grants and contracts and review reimbursement claims.
• Participate in strategic planning and program development.
• Communicate with grantees and other stakeholders to align goals.
• Travel as needed, in-state and out-of-state, for coordination and oversight.
