YWCA Oklahoma City is seeking a Director/Coordinator to lead community relationships, volunteer engagement, and program outreach. You will build partnerships with organizations, advocate for services, and expand opportunities for civic participation.

The role includes coordinating campaigns, supervising the reception team, and ensuring volunteers have meaningful experiences aligned with the organization’s mission.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, critical thinking, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build and sustain authentic relationships with people from diverse backgrounds.

• Increase community awareness of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and YWCA Oklahoma City’s services and resources.
• Facilitate Crisis Services Training for staff, interns, volunteers, and appropriate community audiences.
• Lead the YWCA volunteer program, including recruitment, orientation, training, placement, engagement, and retention.
• Coordinate and supervise volunteer support for donation intake, processing, and the Campus Client Boutique.
