Job summary

Jobgether, partnering with a leader in the social good space, seeks a Director of Community and Client Events based in the United States (Remote). You will shape community strategy, design flagship client events, and develop advocacy programs to deepen client relationships and drive impact.

You will lead cross-functional teams, measure engagement, and continually improve programs, with a remote-first approach and long-term focus on social impact.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in philanthropy or nonprofit sector with understanding of the field.
• Proven track record building communities, networks, events, or engagement programs.
• Strong strategic thinking with ability to translate objectives into programs and measurable outcomes.
• Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Experience developing client relationships, advocacy, referrals, and product feedback.
• Ability to coordinate events and partnerships to boost engagement and visibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a comprehensive client community strategy across social good ecosystem.
• Design and oversee flagship events, conferences, peer learning, and digital initiatives.
• Build and activate a network of client advocates for mentoring, references, and referrals.
• Integrate events, education, digital communities, communications, and product experiences.
• Establish industry participation strategy including conferences and partnerships.
• Lead client communications planning and coordinate cross-functional teams around a calendar.
