Vertex Inc. in Boston seeks a Director of Commercial Training to elevate the skills and knowledge of commercial teams and other stakeholders.
You will develop and execute a comprehensive training strategy, lead a team, and manage training portfolios to ensure high performance across the organization. You will work cross-functionally, mentor staff, and oversee budgets and events, while shaping the vision for training and capabilities.
The Director, Commercial Training will work to enhance the skills and knowledge competencies of commercial and other relevant teams. This role will be primarily responsible for developing and executing training and development strategy ensuring commercial teams are equipped to excel. This role will work cross-functionally across a variety of internal stakeholders.
This role involves leading a team, managing training portfolios, and fostering collaboration with cross-functional partners to drive exceptional performance. As a people manager within the organization, this role may have financial accountabilities and human resource responsibilities for assigned staff.
$192,000 - $288,000
The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting. This role is eligible for an annual bonus and annual equity awards. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

In this Hybrid-Eligible role, you can choose to be designated as:
1. Hybrid : work remotely up to two days per week; or select
2. On-Site : work five days per week on-site with ad hoc flexibility.
