Job summary

ProcDNA is seeking a Director – Commercial Technology to lead transformation programs for pharma, biotech, and MedTech clients. You will blend hands-on program leadership with strategic advisory responsibilities to modernize commercial ecosystems and enable omnichannel activation at scale.

You will shape engagements, manage client relationships, and ensure high-quality delivery across omnichannel, CRM, data, and marketing technology initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10–14 years of life sciences consulting or related experience.
• MBA or Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead major workstreams within commercial transformation programs, including omnichannel acceleration and CRM modernization.
• Translate client business goals into actionable commercial technology roadmaps across MarTech ecosystems.
• Manage day-to-day delivery for large omnichannel and CRM engagements with platform redesign and marketing automation enhancements.
• Drive analytics, define KPIs, and implement measurement frameworks; contribute to ROI tracking.
