Job summary

Jubilant Radiopharma is seeking a Director of Commercial Planning & Business Performance to lead the commercial planning capabilities powering strategic decisions and revenue growth across North America.

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will shape governance, pricing, and forecasting, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Legal, and build a high-performing team to drive results and customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in commercial planning, operations, pricing/contracting, forecasting, analytics, or related fields in pharma/healthcare.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience with coaching and organizational planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve core planning, pricing, reporting, governance, tools, and performance routines.
• Manage customer pricing, contracting, discounting, and deal review with cross-functional partners.
• Support government pricing, ASP reporting, reimbursement activities, and related compliance.
