Job summary

Travere Therapeutics is seeking a Director, New Product Planning & Commercial Diligence in San Diego to lead commercial diligence for external opportunities and coordinate inputs across forecasting, pricing, market research and more. You will translate scientific and market data into actionable investment theses and recommendations for senior leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences or related discipline required; advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of progressive biotech/pharma experience in product planning, business development or commercialization.
Experience translating scientific and market information into commercial recommendations.
U.S. commercial experience; international experience preferred.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead commercial diligence for external opportunities from initial assessment through comprehensive diligence.
Coordinate inputs across NPP, Forecasting, Pricing, Market Research and related Commercial functions.
Develop commercial assessments and decision-ready recommendations for senior leadership.
Serve as Commercial Lead on Asset Strategy Team for selected assets and shape lifecycle planning.
