Job summary

Keenova seeks a Director of Commercial Development & Professional Relations to lead a high-impact team focused on building strategic platforms for large group practices, managing key medical meetings, and developing KOL relationships. The role drives channel marketing materials and fellowship programs while aligning with commercial and medical leadership.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in pharma, strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills, and experience with complex selling

Qualifications

• 10+ years related industry experience with last 5 years in sales management or commercial development
• Proven track record in professional product/brand management
• Experience in complex selling environments and reimbursement strategies
• Home office experience in a healthcare company preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Commercial Development team to deliver strategies for Keenova's branded portfolio
• Build a strategic platform for large group practices in specified specialties
• Identify key medical meetings, fellowships, and KOL interfaces; plan resources and engagement
• Develop market-friendly channel materials and MARC-compliant promotional assets
• Drive necessary revenue and relationships with major accounts and teaching fellowships
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership to optimize budget and resource allocation
