Job summary

Keenova is seeking a Senior Director, Clinical Development to lead CD activities across multiple indications. You will oversee study design, regulatory documents, safety monitoring, and collaboration with operations, CROs, investigators, and medical affairs to drive programs forward.

The role requires MD with immunology background and 8–10 years in clinical development, strong leadership, and cross-functional communication to deliver on milestones in a matrix environment.

Qualifications

• MD with board certification in Immunology.
• 8–10 years of clinical development experience (pharma/CRO).
• Experience designing phase 1–4 protocols.
• Strong analytical, writing, and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to manage matrix cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as clinical lead on project teams for CD programs.
• Develop and review protocols, ICFs, CSR and other documents.
• Oversee safety monitoring and data interpretation.
• Collaborate with operations, CROs, investigators, and regulators.
• Lead meetings with leaders and advisory boards.
