Job summary

Merck in Rahway, New Jersey is seeking a Director, Commercial Data for Animal Health to lead Customer Master Data Management across the Commercial organization. You will translate strategy into master data requirements, governance decisions, and adoption plans to deliver trusted customer data and measurable business value.

You will partner with global, regional, and market teams to align priorities, drive data quality, and enable sales force effectiveness, marketing accuracy, and analytics

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of industry experience.
Experience leading cross-functional governance forums.
Ability to translate strategy into master data requirements and governance decisions.

Responsibilities

Lead business partnership for Customer MDM across the Commercial org.
Define and govern customer data rules, standards, and KPIs.
Own business processes for MDM and drive ROI.
Drive change management and market readiness for rollout.
Collaborate with IT, Privacy, Compliance, Legal, and regional teams.
