Job summary

ACV is seeking a Commercial Analytics Director to lead its analytics and BI strategy, partnering with Sales and Commercial Solutions to deliver account-level analyses that illuminate customer value and growth opportunities across channels.

The role emphasizes translating complex data into clear narratives for executives and customers, leveraging SQL, Python/R, and LLM tools to drive decisions and improve KPIs. Strong familiarity with automotive remarketing is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quantitative discipline; 10+ years in commercial analytics with 5+ years leading analytics teams.
• Advanced SQL and experience building executive KPI dashboards in BI platforms (Power BI/Tableau/Looker).
• Experience with Python or R for advanced analytics; familiarity with cloud data platforms and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and own analytics and BI strategy aligned with growth objectives and dashboards for executives.
• Own recurring performance reporting across commercial accounts and run custom analyses with Sales to quantify value for customers.
• Develop customer segmentation and lifetime-value views to identify growth opportunities.
• Create KPI dashboards for operations and pricing analytics to guide decisions and monitor margins.
• Apply statistical methods and ML where appropriate to improve commercial performance.
