Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Director, Strategy - Cold Chain to shape CST's long-term growth across cold chain and supply chain technology. You will translate market and financial insights into executable priorities and guide initiatives from concept to value realization.

You will partner with the Head of Products & Solutions and portfolio leaders, build business cases, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to test assumptions and drive strategic execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 8+ years of experience in corporate strategy, corporate development, M&A, investment banking, management consulting, product strategy, and/or business development
• 5+ years of direct experience in cold chain, refrigerated transportation, supply chain visibility, logistics technology, connected products, and/or industrial digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own and refine the cold chain strategy with focused priorities and roadmaps.
• Lead strategy development for logistics technology, analytics, and portable cold storage solutions.
• Identify and assess growth opportunities that complement CST's offerings and accelerate innovation.
• Advise Head of Products & Solutions and align portfolio strategy with execution plans.
• Synthesize market trends, customer needs, and financial analysis into executive recommendations.
• Develop market intelligence, scenarios, business cases, and financial models.
• Lead strategic planning processes including portfolio reviews and governance.
• Build relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to test assumptions.
• Guide complex proposals, partnership strategies, and executive decision materials.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to convert strategy into execution plans.
• Support due diligence and value-capture planning for acquisitions and partnerships.
• Guide post-merger integration strategy where applicable.
