Job summary

Capital One Software, Databolt seeks a Director, Solutions Architect to drive secure cloud migrations and an AI/privacy strategy across enterprise accounts. You will guide architecture for multi-cloud deployments and lead executive workshops with CISOs, CIOs, and CDOs.

You will collaborate with SIs and VARs, manage POCs, and ensure governance, security, and regulatory compliance while delivering scalable Databolt solutions for regulated industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Military experience.
• 7+ years in Solutions Architecture, Systems Engineering, or Technical Consulting for enterprise software.
• 4+ years with Kubernetes and Container Orchestration.
• 3+ years with Data Security technologies (Tokenization, Encryption, Key Management, IAM).
• 4+ years with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Responsibilities

• Navigate stakeholder maps across CIOs, CISOs, CDOs and technical practitioners.
• Lead technical discoveries including cloud infrastructure, data pipelines, and regulatory constraints.
• Architect scalable solutions in multi-cloud environments with Kubernetes considerations.
• Manage partner engagements with SIs and VARs; train and align them with standards.
• Execute POCs to validate Databolt against client use cases.
• Champion data security and tokenization; map capabilities to compliance needs.
