Job summary

Merck seeks a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Product Line Lead to drive the enterprise CLM platform, with a focus on DocuSign CLM, in a multi-year global transformation. You will lead business-facing product teams across Legal, Procurement, Compliance, and IT partners to deliver measurable business value.

You will own vision, strategy, roadmaps, governance, and ensure SDLC, security, and compliance while enabling adoption across the organization. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management, ownership, or solution leadership in enterprise SaaS.
• Experience owning and delivering CLM or enterprise-scale solutions.
• Strong ability to translate business objectives into clear product requirements and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Create and communicate a multi-year CLM vision, strategy and roadmap.
• Lead across CLM products through planning, delivery, adoption, and optimization.
• Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Compliance, and IT delivery teams.
• Establish and track KPIs to ensure measurable business value and user experience.
• Oversee a team of Product Managers, coaching and mentoring.
• Drive CLM implementations, releases, and governance aligned with SDLC, security and compliance.
