Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a senior CLM product leader to define vision and strategy, oversee multiple CLM products, and drive lifecycle from conception to governance. You will translate needs across 10+ functions and 40+ markets into actionable backlogs and measurable KPIs.

The role requires hands-on leadership for configurations, workflows, and integrations, partnering with Legal/Procurement/Compliance and IT to balance scope, cost, risk, and timing.

Qualifications

• CLM, requirements management, roadmapping, risk management, stakeholder engagement/communications, enterprise system implementations, organizational change management, UX.

Responsibilities

• Create and communicate CLM product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap; lead 3+ CLM products across lifecycle.
• Define priorities and translate needs across 10+ functional areas and 40+ markets into requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlogs.
• Establish and track product KPIs/success metrics; oversee business-as-usual CLM support and enterprise governance.
• Serve as primary liaison between Legal/Procurement/Compliance and IT; lead trade-off discussions (scope, cost, risk, timing) to drive decisions.
• Lead CLM implementations, releases, and enhancements; ensure delivery governance and adherence to SDLC/security/compliance; coordinate change management and communications.
• Act as CLM subject-matter expert; provide hands-on leadership for configuration, workflows, templates/clauses, metadata, and integrations.
• Partner with architecture/integration/security/data teams for scalable, compliant solutions; ensure platform sustainability, performance, extensibility.
