Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking an Executive Director, Product Strategy Lead to define and execute integrated strategies for a US indication. You will lead KPI-driven decision-making and align cross-functional teams under the General Manager to maximize product impact.

Responsibilities include contributing to P&L, guiding resource allocation, and coordinating trade-offs across products and regions. Travel is expected; strong background in pharma/biotech strategy is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in pharma/biotech/healthcare with cross-functional experience.
• 3+ years owning key product trade-off decisions and managing large budgets.
• 3+ years leading integrated product strategy with global/local alignment.
• US market experience or General Manager experience in other countries.

Responsibilities

• Define integrated priorities and KPIs with the product strategy team under the GM.
• Integrate, lead, measure, and take decisive action against KPIs to raise product impact.
• Contribute to full P&L and manage day-to-day resource decisions.
• Drive topline results through strategic choices and resource allocation.
• Establish KPI management across accountable functions.
• Partner with functional heads on trade-off decisions.
• Collaborate with other GMs and the Product Strategy team on enterprise decisions.
