Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a Development Commercialization Leader to drive late-stage development through launch and transition to supply. You will lead the cross-functional Development Commercialization Team, delivering an integrated strategy and ensuring timely execution from process development to regulatory filings.

You will provide end-to-end technical product leadership, align with governance bodies, and balance speed, cost, and robustness to achieve the target product.

Qualifications

• BS in science/engineering with 10+ years experience, or Advanced degree with 7+ years experience.
• Experience leading development to launch for products, with regulatory and supply chain involvement.
• Strong data-driven problem solving and risk management skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Development Commercialization Team from late-stage development to launch and transition to supply.
• Deliver an integrated development and commercialization strategy for target product.
• Lead and direct cross-functional DCT, assess deliverables, prioritize risks, and foster collaboration.
• Provide end-to-end technical product leadership and ensure on-time DCT execution including tech transfer and filings.
• Represent CMC to governance bodies and influence strategy while balancing speed, cost, and robustness.
• Provide on-time TPL oversight of VCMT deliverables for new nodes and filings.
