Job summary
Mosaic Health is seeking a Director, Risk Adjustment Product & Technology to lead the roadmap and technology for enterprise risk adjustment. You will own the Burden of Illness Hub, orchestrating patient opportunities from identification to intervention, in collaboration with clinical, analytic, and vendor teams.
The role requires 10+ years in healthcare leadership, strong product and tech acumen, and a track record of cross-functional delivery in complex environments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in healthcare operations, clinical informatics, or related field
- Experience leading enterprise clinical transformation or EHR optimization
- Strong understanding of ambulatory and/or population health workflows
- Proven ability to translate requirements into scalable product/tech solutions
- Experience with change management and adoption strategies
Responsibilities
- Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise risk adjustment tech
- Lead the Burden of Illness Hub as central orchestration capability
- Translate requirements into scalable capabilities and maintain backlog
- Define governance, release planning, testing, and adoption processes
- Ensure integration with EHRs, analytics, and operational systems
