Qualifications

• Current Texas RN license.
• BLS required; ACLS and PALS within 6 months of hire.
• 2–5 years telemetry/critical care or medical-surgical nursing; 2–3 years hospital management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ED, PSU, and Case Management departments per nursing standards and regulations.
• Direct activities to align with Joint Commission, Medicare, and local guidelines.
• Collaborate with senior management to meet facility goals and provide staff leadership.
• Lead performance improvement initiatives and staff education as needed.
