Job summary

USPI's Baylor Scott & White Surgicare - Dallas is seeking a Clinical Director to lead the day-to-day operations of the center’s clinical departments, driving efficiency and patient experience. Reporting to the ASC Administrator, you will implement policy, credentialing oversight, and risk management to ensure safe, high-quality ambulatory surgery services.

You bring a Nursing degree with TX RN licensure, BSN or higher, BLS and ACLS, plus 5+ years OR/ICU experience and 2+ years supervision in

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from a professional school.
• BSN or higher degree required.
• Current TX RN license.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the center’s clinical departments.
