USPI's Baylor Scott & White Surgicare - Dallas seeks a Clinical Director to oversee the center's clinical departments and implement process initiatives to improve efficiency and patient experience. The role reports to the ASC Administrator and collaborates to promote fiscal accountability and policy development.

Candidates should be a nurse with BSN or higher, TX RN license, BLS and ACLS, and at least five years in OR/critical care with two years supervising outpatient surgery.

Qualifications

• Five years operating room/critical care experience.
• Two years supervisory experience in outpatient surgery.
• Current TX RN license, BSN or higher, and BLS/ACLS certifications.
