Trinity Employment Specialists is seeking an experienced Director of Clinical Risk Management in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The role leads the organization's clinical risk program, develops annual goals, and collaborates with executive leadership to promote safety and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a master's degree, 5+ years of clinical experience, and 3+ years in leadership with strong analytical and reporting skills to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a clinical or behavioral health field required.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive clinical experience.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership and risk management experience.
• Strong knowledge of clinical risk assessment, incident reporting, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilités

• Direct and oversee the organization's clinical risk management program with annual goals and improvement initiatives.
• Lead investigations and follow-up for critical clinical incidents, including root cause analyses.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to strengthen organizational safety and compliance.
• Develop and monitor risk reporting, dashboards, and QA activities for improvement.
• Partner with legal and insurance on exposures and regulatory investigations.
