You will partner with cross-functional leaders to align operational priorities with network strategy and act as the escalation point for site-level risks, driving scalable training and SOPs for distributed teams.

• Build and lead the full operating model for clinical research execution at network practices, including staffing, capacity planning, and performance metrics.
• Develop scalable training infrastructure, playbooks, and SOPs for a distributed clinical research staff and operations team.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to align operational priorities with broader network strategy and serve as an escalation point for site-level risks.
